What is changing

Linkly is moving the IP Gateway service to new network addresses as part of planned infrastructure work. The cut-over period is scheduled from 14 September 2026 to 9 October 2026, outside business hours.

We have completed our preliminary checks. If any changes are required to your environment prior to migration, your acquirer will contact you directly.

If you have been contacted by your acquirer, please review the information below and complete the recommended checks.

What you need to do if you have been contacted by your Acquirer

Please ask your IT or network team to confirm the following actions are complete before the cutover period begins:

• Update Linkly to the latest version - you can follow our update guide to do this.
• Direct IP is no longer supported so ensure your environment can accept and resolve the required DNS hostnames.
• Allow the required Linkly network ranges.
• Confirm outbound firewall and egress rules are not blocking access to the new addresses.
• Confirm any managed network, POS, or IT provider responsible for connectivity has completed the required changes.

Action is only required where outbound traffic is restricted to approved addresses or DNS resolution is limited by local network controls. This information is general and does not include customer-specific or merchant-specific configuration details.
